  1. what a rip off copy website.First off your domain name is a copy of viewlethbridge.com and then yourcontent is a copy of lethbianlove.com and your marketing is a copy of the lethbridge facebook group.Holy shit Jenn, ever have an original idea in your life? I will definitely be helping to spread the word about your copycat blog and copycat faceook page using a copycat domain name.If i was viewlethbridge.com I would be litigating against you asap.

  2. I'm sorry that I have upset you. If I may, I would like to comment on what you pointed out and hopefully we can come to an understanding on things. I am not one to upset someone without trying to help better the situation. As I've mentioned in a previous blog entry, I do not feel that I am a copycat of any blog or website. Admittedly, I was not aware of the viewlethbridge.com website until you had posted it's website address in your comment. I feel that my address url is nothing close to that and don't see others mistaking it as such.I am actually friends with the gentleman that blogs for Lethbian Love and he has no ill feelings in what I am doing. I have been very vocal that they are both different blogs, both in content and perspective, and we are both cool with each other doing what we are.I feel that with A Lethbridgian View that I am giving more of an opinion as a citizen of the city rather than reporting/blogging on the people, events, fashion and culture of the city as Jonathan Ruzek does for Lethbian Love.I do hope that viewlethbridge.com does not come after me with litigation because I believe both websites are different in both website address and content. If that does end up happening, I will respond accordingly. If there is anything else I can do to help alleviate your ill feelings towards what I am doing with A Lethbridgian View, I would like to discuss them further if you do so wish.Thank you for your comments.

  3. AFAIK, the only way you could even be sued would be if you were copying their website word-for-word, image-for-image and using a copyrighted name or image. Having a similar URL means nothing. There are plenty of websites out there about similar topics with similar URLs.

  4. sounds like someone's feeling a little jealous/threatened! haters gonna hate, you just keep on being your bad ass self Jenn! LOVE your blog! and i will definitely be helping to spread the word about your AWESOME blog and AWESOME facebook page using an AWESOME domain name!
